1. Who we are

Dairy Food Bulgaria Corp. is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Our production site and correspondence address is 1 Marmarcha Str., Sevlievo 5400, Bulgaria.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us yourself:

• Contact form: your name, company, business email and the content of your message.
• Request pricing questionnaire: the product, volume, packaging format and target market you select, together with the contact details and any project details you enter.
• Anything else you choose to send us by email or during subsequent correspondence about a project.

Data collected automatically: standard server, hosting and content-delivery logs (IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time), kept by our providers for security, abuse prevention and performance.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we ask you not to include such data in your messages.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an offer — processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To communicate with current and prospective business partners and to manage the commercial relationship — our legitimate interest in operating and developing the business (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To keep the website available and protect it from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest in the security of our systems (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet accounting, tax and food-business record-keeping obligations — compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We use the following service providers, who process data on our instructions:

• Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and storage of form submissions.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, website security and the anti-spam check on our forms.
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (bunny.net) — delivery of images and video used on the website.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are made under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another transfer mechanism permitted by Chapter V of the GDPR. We may also disclose data to public authorities where we are legally required to do so.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only storage used is strictly necessary for the site to work: session and hosting cookies set by our website platform, and the anti-spam check that runs when you submit a form.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for access to your personal data, for its rectification or erasure, for restriction of processing, and for a copy in a portable format. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw any consent you have given at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, Bulgaria (cpdp.bg), or with the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

8. How we protect your data

The website is served over an encrypted connection, access to form submissions is limited to the employees who need it to answer enquiries, and our providers are bound by data processing agreements. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send us confidential commercial information through the website forms.
