AI Transparency Statement

1. Why we publish this

We use AI tools the way we use any other professional software: to work faster on drafts, code and visual experiments, under the review of the people who are accountable for the result. We publish this statement so that visitors, partners and auditors know exactly where those tools played a part. It follows the transparency principles of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).

2. Where AI tools were used

• Text. Drafts of the website copy, the legal pages and the product descriptions were prepared with the help of AI language models. Every published sentence was reviewed and edited by the Dairy Food Bulgaria team and the agency responsible for the website. The facts in it, such as capacities, export markets, certifications and project figures, come from company documents, not from a model.
• Code. The website’s custom code (animations, 3D scenes, the pricing questionnaire, the cookie banner) was written with AI-assisted development tools under the supervision of the developers, who tested it and are responsible for it.
• Visuals. The animated island scene in the home page opening is a video generated with an AI video model from a composition designed by our agency; the clouds around it are rendered procedurally in your browser. The certification badges on the home page are graphics drawn by our agency; they are not the official marks of the certifying bodies.
• Image processing. Photographs and package renders were resized and compressed with standard software. Where AI-based tools were used for cropping, background removal or upscaling, they were applied to our own material and do not change what is shown.

3. Where AI was not used

The photographs and video of our facility in Sevlievo are real footage. The 3D package models and product renders are produced by designers from the actual packaging formats we fill. No AI-generated images of products, people or facilities are presented as real photographs, and no reviews, testimonials or figures on this website are generated.

4. No AI decisions about you

This website does not use chatbots, AI assistants, profiling or automated decision-making. When you send an enquiry or request pricing, it is read and answered by a person. The indicative figures in the Request pricing tool are calculated by fixed rules, not by a model. Personal data submitted through our forms is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and is not used to train AI systems.

5. Responsibility and updates

Dairy Food Bulgaria Corp. is responsible for all content published on this website, whatever tools were used to create it. We will update this statement when our use of AI changes. Questions about it can be sent to contact@dairyfoodbg.com.
